Our Managed Services Support Team is led by Matt Deskin, Vice President who provides guidance for the day-to-day operations of the team.
The Team currently consists of the Team Lead, one Lead Systems Integrator, three Systems Engineers and one Desktop Support Specialist, with a ride range of IT industry-standard certifications including but not limited to Microsoft (MCSE, MCITP, MCTS), CompTIA (A+ Network+, Security+), Cisco (CCNP, CCNA), and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
NTI offers full-scope IT services to a wide range of clients in varying industries. Our client base consists of medical practices, law firms, accounting firms, construction companies, city and town municipalities, public safety agencies, transportation/logistics companies, charter services, manufacturing, international and local unions, mechanical services, business consultants, and other service providers.
