Now Technologies, Inc. (NTI) was founded in 1997. We serve off-site and on-site Web and IT consulting, implementation and support services needs of commercial, non-profit and government clients in the Washington, Annapolis, Baltimore and Northern Virginia metro area.

NTI is a Microsoft Certified Partner and a certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE), committed to providing quality services on time and within budget.

Our Managed Services Support Team is led by Matt Deskin, Vice President, who provides guidance for the day-to-day operations of the team. 

The Team currently consists of the Team Lead, one Lead Systems Integrator, three Systems Engineers and one Desktop Support Specialist, with a wide range of IT industry-standard certifications including but not limited to Microsoft (MCSE, MCITP, MCTS), CompTIA (A+ Network+, Security+), Cisco (CCNP, CCNA), and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). 

NTI offers full-scope IT services to a wide range of clients in varying industries. Our client base consists of medical practices, law firms, accounting firms, construction companies, city and town municipalities, public safety agencies, transportation/logistics companies, charter services, manufacturing, international and local unions, mechanical services, business consultants, and other service providers.  

Our top-down approach to NTI assessment enables our team to be effective when faced with the daily challenges and specific IT needs that come with any business. In addition to the various industries supported, NTI manages its geographical challenges with resources readily available throughout Maryland, DC, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

In addition to our mobile help desk utilizing a corporate fleet of vehicles tracked with live GPS monitoring for efficient routing, we collaborate daily with the most reliable and efficient apps such as Microsoft Teams, IT Glue, Harvest, Trello, and more.
